Returns
All returns must be authorized by Grit and Grain Co. before shipment. To request a return, please reach out to us at hello@gritandgrainco.com within 10 business days of receiving your order. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Once the return is approved and inspected, a refund (less the restocking fee) will be processed to the original payment method. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return.
Exchanges
Exchanges must also be authorized by Grit and Grain Co. before shipment. To initiate an exchange, contact us at hello@gritandgrainco.com within 10 business days of receiving your product. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at hello@gritandgrainco.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue. Retain all packaging and the product for inspection. Do not return the item unless instructed to do so by our team.
